The experience at this hotel was average. the location, near public transportation, makes it convenient to explore the city. Some rooms are comfortable and cozy, featuring air conditioning. some bathrooms could have been cleaner, and there were issues with hot water. the breakfast was average, offering options like eggs and sausages. Unfortunately, some staff members could be unprofessional while dealing with special bookings.

Some of our favorite spots such as freedom square were so close to the hotel. Easy access to Isani subway station about 10 minutes walk...

Spent New Year at a hotel that felt like home. Very clean and comfortable with convenient location - close to the metro station and shops. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast omelettes and the fact that we could check in even at midnight. Wi-Fi was strong and stable.

No refrigerator in the room and I wish they had provided slippers. We experienced some trouble with hot water and heating, but that was fixed after we reported it.
